They put a lean to conservatory on my semidetached. It went up efficiently in 5 weeks but that's about all I can say on a possitive note.
During the build it took constant involvement with myself liasing with the builders and the project manager as they kept changing what had been agreed and playing on poor communications. Funny, I thought I paid for professional service so I would not have to oversee the build.
The brickwork was left filthy, they have been back to clean it 3 times over 8 months and it is still filthy.
I was told the polcarb roof was 1.1u but have still not had written confirmation which was promissed.
They said they were clean workers but they damaged the flags, hosepipe & front kerb from the skip.
The conservatory itself has two archways from the kitchen and dining room with a wall in between them which was the original house back wall. This wall showed damp after one month which they claim is not their problem and due to original house problems. Would you be happy to pay for professional service to build a room of which one wall is full of damp?
I also checked during the build that they were putting a cavity tray in but they did not. After several independent professionals said they should have put a cavity tray in and crossed the damp proof course into the exisiting house wall they agreed to try to repair the problem. We still have a damp problem over 8 months on due to constant excuses and not turning up or spending any real time to rectify the issue. I have now taken legal action!
I could mention lots of other unprofessional points but I'm sure you get the message.

Hi,
One piece of advice - do not deal with those guys.
They have ripped off a lot of clients by asking deposit and then they do not want to refund when things do go to plan.
They claim that only one person called Richard Pearson can deal with conflicts, complaints - but the fact is that the guy never gets back to you when you call or write.
Right now they owe us money and we are still fighting to get it back.
We have dealt with a lot of companies before and never encountered such an unethical business.
So please do your research and don't be blinded by their 'value' price
