Fantastic service from start to finish. Our family and friends have used Fairdeal Windows on many occasions and they certainly didn't disappoint on this occasion. The quality of the windows and new front door is outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

The worst company we have ever dealt with in our lives will never reccomenend them to any of our customers looking for UPVC! Not one apology from them at all in the entire process of them leaving us with a bent unsecure door that needed replacing. Granted they did not bend the door or make it unsecure but there job was to fix this door. From a household of joiners we knew our door fitted by fairdeal needed replacing sadly we couldn't as it's a new build and was still in warranty period. An out of hours emergency call out also reported back and said this door needed replacing.
But Carl who is meant to be the installation manger believed no it didn't need replacing and it was just the hinge's. Fast forward someone came out from Fairdeal a lovely man actually I felt sorry for him he took one look at the door and said the hinge's will do nothing! it needs replacing! this has been ongoing for atleast 3 months! Avoid like the plague!
