One door leaks and the other is hard to close. Forget trying to get then out for adjustment, Once paid they don't want to know

Got this company to fit 2 doors One door you need to slam to get it to close and lock The other door every time it rains I need to place a towel against it as it leaks and I get a puddle. It took weeks to get him to come out and I had to tell him that I would get someone else to fix it and send him the bill. The problems still exist.

Door needs adjusted as very drafty down one side so far no one has called to attend to the problem. I'm happy with the door but would like it adjusted.
