They took money for renovations, and we are still waiting for it to be started 12+ months later. Start dates have been changed several times, and you have to chase them for updates. I appreciate covid caused setbacks originally, but with it being more than a year since agreeing to the work, it is not acceptable practice. In response to the owner: Over the past last couple of months, emails and voicemails have been sent. You don't respond to anything.

Absolutely thrilled with the work carried out by your team. Nothing was too much trouble and when I needed to discuss anything Tony was always on hand to talk me through each step. I can't speak highly enough of this family business and will recommend them and use them for more work. Thank you all.
