Rock door fitted Tracey sorted everything out & made sure exact spec was correct to what I wanted, Door fitted on the day they said they would. graham fitted perfectly no issues at all, and they took old Door away thank you rain-hill Windows

From getting a price to ordering the windows and doors plus roof line Tracey was very helpful. We got 10 windows, French door, rock door and roofline and gutters all fitted by Mark and Kyle to a very high standard the finish around the windows and doors was excellent. I would highly recommend Rainhill Upvc especially if Mark and Kyle do the work. Really happy and thank you to all the team.

5 Star rating - Rainhill UPVC Windows were professional & friendly from start to finish, We wanted 6x Windows and a front door replacing. 1st interaction was with Liam who came out to discuss our needs and give us an estimate, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they could offer, he was also able to answer all our questions. Tracy who I dealt with over the phone confirming I was happy to proceed with quote and arrange survey and installation dates was professional friendly and always happy to help.
After survey was done to confirm measurements, we received our call to book installation dates, the guys who came to fit the windows and doors did a fantastic job and again friendly and professional throughout installation. The doors and windows are excellent quality products and the Rockdoor we selected was the centre piece of attention in our road for the next few days! The installation went smoothly and the guys cleaned everything up and removed any mess and did not leave until I had done full inspection and was happy with their work. Thanks to Rainhill UPVC we now have a home not a house we are proud of :-

After some initial confusion with quotes we placed an order and are really glad we did. We had new windows, facies and soffit s to half the house and a new front door. The fitters where professional and courteous and an asset to the business. They went above and beyond, resolving issues encountered during the fit and removing some of the original windows undamaged for use elsewhere. They left Everything clean and tidy. A fault in the glass on one of the units was resolved and replaced within 24 hours. Great service and we will be getting them back to do the rest of the house.

Absolutely delighted with our new Rockdoor which was fitted yesterday by Rainhill Windows. It's made a big difference to our house. Steve did an excellent job, attention to detail was spot on, took time and great care with everything. No mess at all, kept to appointment time, couldn't ask for anything more! Excellent service from start to finish, they are a very professional firm would highly recommend. Tracy was extremely helpful from ordering to arranging installation, excellent communication.
