I have recently had a patio laid by Normandy windows. The quote was reasonable and the job was done within the time frame. The builders (Matt and Craig) worked very hard and went that extra mile to put couple of extra finishing touches. They were thorough and we are so so pleased with the end result. Thank you so much

Honestly couldnt be happier. Ive had two houses done by the fabulous team at Normandy.
They have always listened to my design ideas, had patience with me changing my mind and tweaking my ideas (especially Brenda and Sue) and strived to perfection. The teams that have fitted have always been professional and fun to be around (important when theyre in your home), Ric and Craig make sure they take every precaution to keep everything spic and span.
Their prices are fair for the products they deliver and the after care is second to none.

The after sales is support terrible! Normandy installed some windows in our house about 4 years ago. The sealant has come away from around the window allowing the wind to blow through. I Called them out to look at it as its well within the guarantee, which they did. However, there was no apology for the dodgy installation and we were told we had to pay a fee to change the name on the contract before they would sort out the problem. I found them negative and rude and would expect better when the fault is clearly with them.

This was done as a favour and it was explained that we had never fitted a bi fold door like it before. there was slight scuff make on the cill and this was caused by an accident. this was rubbed out and stained and lacquered and was made good. the door was operating correctly to their satisfaction when we had finished. there had been no correspondent from the customer since we had finished about any other problem.
