I had been meaning to replace my old patio doors for ages, but I didn't know where to start. My mate Dave suggested Bifolding Door Factory, as hed recently had a fantastic experience with them. I needed something durable and stylish that wouldnt break the bank. The team were incredibly helpful, guiding me through their Schuco range and explaining the benefits of each model. First class product and well installed. FENSA inspectors very satisfied by the quality of the doors and the standard to which they were fitted.
There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way with the installation dates. The first attributed to myself being on holiday in the wilds of Scotland with no phone signal & getting the installation date confirmation too late. Staffing issues behind later arrangements.
Still all in all ..........Very satisfied.

Thank you for overcoming all the obstacles on this installation. I know that access was a nightmare, but to get a crane and fly my windows and door panels over the top of the house was a very creative way to solve the problem. My wife and I are looking forward to getting the patio and garden sorted out, so that we can truly have an indoor to outdoor experience. Fantastic job. Maybe youll come back and take some photos when weve got it all in bloom next year.

We visited the Alcester showroom and the guys there answered all our questions and were very accommodating. They explained everything really well as we had no idea what we were looking at or what all the options meant. The lead time was slightly longer than hoped but they installed the doors inline with the time we were given at point of sale so were very happy!
