FRONT AND BACK DOOR FITTED Hart Windows and Glazing are a great team of people who go out of their way to provide an excellent service to their customers from the initial quote and survey to fitting the doors. The fitters worked really hard and were very efficient and cleaned up very well indeed. We are extremely pleased with the service and would certainly recommend them and use them again for any other glazing needs.

Came by our place to replace the hinges on a couple of windows. When leaving the house the person doing the job noticed our front door wasn't opening very well, which had been the case for years. Without charging anything extra he repaired it in a couple of minutes. Also extremely polite and pleasant throughout all the contacts I have made with them, but especially the person that came to our house.

I had broken hinges on my 15+ year old double glazing. One firm couldn't fix it, one didn't work in this area and another wanted to replace the windows. The lovely knowledgeable gentleman from Hart Windows looked, said what was needed and the cost very reasonable, they are fixed and as good as new. Thoroughly trustworthy!

This firm has the worst customer service ever. Measurement quick, 11 days and a phone call to get a price. Still no paper quote as promised three days ago! Avoid.
