Had a great experience with Oakley Windows, from 1st contact, site survey, sales, and then the fitters, the boys at the sharp end of the stick, the lads we had, Dan and Jay with Rob for a helping hand, were nothing short of brilliant, lovely guys, very professional, know their trade, very polite and respectful, and the finishing trims etc were so spot on, I have a bit of OCD, we are over the moon with the final result which included new windows and doors The clean up job evan impressed the wife Cannot recommend this team enough

Contacted Steve who came round on Thursday. I was told he would send the quote the following day then when I checked with him he told me it would be after the weekend I contacted the company on Monday and was told he would try and get it to me that afternoon I realised it was an unreliable company and decided to look for a better one as the after sales service would probably be a lot worse if they treat you like this before you bought the product
