Came round to measure up, said they would email a quote the next day, and heard nothing three weeks later. If you don't want the job, fine, but why waste my time and your own time sending someone out to measure up?!?

Emailed with an issue with my home office window, which was fitted by AKW 15 years ago by previous house owners. They came round and fixed it for free, took about 10 minutes from answering the door to leaving, very chuffed!
