We recently had our front doors replaced by West Country Windows. Very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend. If I wanted to be critical, my only gripe would be that I would have preferred more communications,

We had 7 windows and sliding door replaced by Westcountry windows. Our fitter didn't just do the replacement, he took the time to suggest a worthwhile visual improvement and got on with the job, no messing. They now look great inside and out. The whole process was straightforward with no pressure and we're really pleased with the result.

5 years since installation which was poor - various issues that are still on going. Was told that these wouldn't be addressed unless I retracted a review which I did. I have still got a lot of issues still awaiting and 2 years later not a response. I visited their h/o to complain and Quentin assured me that this would be resolved - 6 weeks later not even a telephone call - next stage will have to be legal. Avoid like the plague (or covid). Tried to shop locally and look what you get!

WCW recently installed a full house of windows, front and back door and I am incredibly happy with their service. The salesman was very informative and the quality spoke for itself. Dean and Liam were very friendly and took time to put down dust sheets and even offered to hoover up! Overall I am very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use WCW again.
